Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Five years management experience
- Experience in multi-site commercial vehicle dealerships or similar business structure
- Valid driver license with clean driving record meeting company insurance standards
- Ability to lead and manage multiple teams effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical leadership and customer service excellence

Job Duties
- Provide leadership to guide, direct, and positively influence employees to achieve company mission and cultural principles
- Maintain control of business outcomes and customer service reputation through personal oversight and coordination
- Demonstrate proficiency in business operations, judgment, planning, oral and written communication, and expertise
- Ensure timely and reasonable budget development, investigate financial anomalies, and enforce company expense policies
- Communicate operational and financial matters promptly with executive management
- Promote effective recruiting and training to achieve succession planning and skilled workforce development
- Oversee multiple dealership locations and coordinate business activities to meet company goals
