Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead, train and develop a team
- Good physical condition to perform restaurant duties
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Knowledge of operational and financial management in a fast food environment
- Understanding of customer service excellence
- Familiarity with Company policies and compliance requirements
Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to Crew, Shift Supervisors and Assistant General Managers
- Ensure that each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while following all Company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
