Job Requirements

  • Ability to supervise a team of up to 60 employees
  • Experience in fast-paced restaurant management
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Effective organizational and planning capabilities
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
  • Must have a 'Run it Like you Own It' mentality

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred
  • Serve Safe Food Certification is a plus
  • Steady and stable employment track record
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • Supervise up to 60 staff members to ensure top-quality service
  • Provide outstanding leadership to the team
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment
  • Manage inventory levels and adjust par levels as needed
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest complaints
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee development
  • Control costs by managing the profit and loss statement
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and health regulations
  • Communicate effectively with Area Directors and team members
