Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Work with leader to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, coaching, and providing direction
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Oversee daily operations and staff management
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective team leadership
