Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- at least 1 year of experience in leadership, motivation, or development of others or equivalent U.S. military service

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service, and direct crew and manager work
- plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- train, coach, and motivate team members
- plan for and make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- ensure food safety measures are implemented and maintained to McDonald’s standards
- maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
