Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including food production and guest service
- Lead people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management

- Make critical business decisions on inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
- Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
- Oversee restaurant operations including maintenance plans
