This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a global leader in the fast-food industry. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee functions as a separate company and employer, licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products to serve customers. The franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment-related activities including hiring decisions, staffing, disciplinary actions, supervision, and scheduling within the restaurant. This means that although the restaurant operates under the McDonald's name, all employment matters are directly managed by the franchisee and not McDonald's USA.
