Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- ability to lead and develop teams
- strong communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours
- commitment to maintaining high standards of quality service and cleanliness
- ability to handle the physical demands of the role
Job Qualifications
- previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
- experience in hospitality or retail management is preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- problem solving and decision making skills
- age 18 or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring it meets McDonald’s standards of quality service and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and manage a team of Department Managers including setting goals coaching and following up on progress
- provide coaching and direction to Department Managers to improve their areas of responsibility
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- oversee restaurant staffing scheduling and employee supervision
- maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
