Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous general manager experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • ability to handle the physical demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
  • experience in hospitality or retail management is preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • problem solving and decision making skills
  • age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant ensuring it meets McDonald’s standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and manage a team of Department Managers including setting goals coaching and following up on progress
  • provide coaching and direction to Department Managers to improve their areas of responsibility
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • oversee restaurant staffing scheduling and employee supervision
  • maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
