Job Requirements

must be 18 years or older
previous general manager experience in quick service restaurants preferred
ability to lead and develop teams
strong communication skills
availability to work flexible hours
commitment to maintaining high standards of quality service and cleanliness
ability to handle the physical demands of the role

Job Qualifications

previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
experience in hospitality or retail management is preferred
strong leadership and team management skills
effective communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast paced environment
problem solving and decision making skills
age 18 or older

Job Duties

run a profitable restaurant ensuring it meets McDonald’s standards of quality service and cleanliness
work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
lead and manage a team of Department Managers including setting goals coaching and following up on progress
provide coaching and direction to Department Managers to improve their areas of responsibility
hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
oversee restaurant staffing scheduling and employee supervision
maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment
