Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to hire and develop staff
- Commitment to quality service and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers, provide direction and follow-up on progress
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Improve departmental performance to enhance overall restaurant success
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with regulations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
