The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant that consistently meets McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This position involves strategic goal-setting in consultation with leadership and devising practical plans to achieve these objectives. Managing and motivating a team of Department Managers is essential, as their performance directly impacts the restaurant's overall success. You will provide coaching, leadership, and direction to ensure departmental goals are met and continuously improved upon. Developing future leaders by hiring and training Department and Shift Managers is also within your purview, helping build a pipeline for ongoing business success.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a General Manager, preferably at high-volume restaurants, and a background in quick service restaurant operations, hospitality, or retail management. Candidates must be 18 years or older to hold a management position.
