The role available is for a General Manager who will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald's critical standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The role demands strong leadership ability as the manager oversees a team of Department Managers, each responsible for specific areas of restaurant operations. The General Manager coaches and directs these managers to ensure departmental improvement and, by extension, the restaurant's success. Another key part of the role is to hire and develop future Department and Shift Managers, securing a strong leadership pipeline to sustain long-term performance.

Ideal candidates for the General Manager position come with previous experience managing high-volume restaurants, especially in quick service settings or similar fast-paced hospitality or retail environments. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for a manager position.
