Unlike McDonald’s USA corporate, this franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and proprietary food products but functions as a separate company and employer. All employment decisions including hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling are solely managed by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA does not influence or participate in any employment matters concerning this restaurant or its team members.

The role open is for a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant location. The General Manager is tasked with running a profitable restaurant while ensuring it consistently meets the high McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. This position demands a strong leader capable of inspiring and guiding a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers to reach and exceed restaurant goals. The General Manager collaborates with leadership and the management team to set actionable goals, track progress, and provide effective coaching and direction at the department level to maximize overall restaurant performance.

Ideal candidates for the General Manager position will have prior experience managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations or possess relevant experience in hospitality or retail management. The candidate must be at least 18 years old.
