Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours
- commitment to upholding high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications

- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail management
- strong leadership and coaching skills

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals with leadership
- lead and coach Department Managers
- follow up on department progress
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- improve overall restaurant performance
