Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous general manager experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent leadership and coaching abilities
  • compliance with company policies and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurant environments preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail industries valued
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to develop strategic plans and execute them
  • proven ability to motivate and guide others toward achieving goals
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's standards of quality service and cleanliness
  • collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead and support Department Managers by setting goals coaching and monitoring progress
  • recruit hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
  • maintain high standards in food safety and customer service
  • manage staffing scheduling and employee performance to ensure operational efficiency
  • oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
