Job Requirements

minimum age of 18 years
previous general manager experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
excellent leadership and coaching abilities
compliance with company policies and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

previous general manager experience in high volume quick service restaurant environments preferred
experience in hospitality or retail industries valued
strong leadership and team management skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to develop strategic plans and execute them
proven ability to motivate and guide others toward achieving goals
at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's standards of quality service and cleanliness
collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
lead and support Department Managers by setting goals coaching and monitoring progress
recruit hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
maintain high standards in food safety and customer service
manage staffing scheduling and employee performance to ensure operational efficiency
oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
