This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald's restaurant. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchisee is a separate entity that holds a license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products. As such, all employment matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline, are managed exclusively by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old
  • have general manager experience in high volume locations
  • possess leadership skills
  • demonstrate ability to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • have experience in quick service restaurants or related fields
  • be able to manage and develop a team
  • have effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience at high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set goals and create actionable plans
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set the restaurant’s goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach a team of Department Managers
  • monitor Department Managers’ progress and provide guidance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to meet customer satisfaction
