Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have general manager experience in high volume locations
- possess leadership skills
- demonstrate ability to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- have experience in quick service restaurants or related fields
- be able to manage and develop a team
- have effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience at high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set goals and create actionable plans
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set the restaurant’s goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- monitor Department Managers’ progress and provide guidance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee daily restaurant operations to meet customer satisfaction
