- 1+ years experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US Military Service

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service, and team management
- Proactively manage all people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to achieve excellence
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
- Ensure compliance with McDonald's food safety standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
