Job Description

This job opportunity is for the position of General Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products, but operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, your employment will be with the franchisee who is solely responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not participate in these decisions nor receive your employment application or personal information.
