Job Duties

  • Manage, supervise and coordinate all activities of one restaurant location
  • Oversee the restaurant management team and restaurant personnel
  • Ensure day-to-day operations align with Ruth's Chris Steak House operating guidelines and standards
  • Maintain consistency in food preparation and service quality
  • Achieve financial objectives by building sales and increasing profitability
  • Develop and identify talent within the team
  • Hold team accountable to expected results
