Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Experience with scheduling and P&L management
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to develop and motivate team members
- Capability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Previous restaurant management experience including scheduling, profit and loss management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Enthusiasm for people development and leading teams
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Demonstrated creative approach to marketing and driving sales through fundraisers and community engagement
Job Duties
- Be guest obsessed and uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
- Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, hiring, people processes, and performance management
- Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and apprentices using Chipotle's training tools
- Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
- Accountable for day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling, profit and loss control, sales forecasting, and recruiting
- Ensure the dining room is clean and the restaurant is always guest-ready
- Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
- Achieve annual sales and cash flow financial goals
- Work across lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide comprehensive leadership
