This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's brand name, logos, and food products but operates autonomously regarding employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. If hired, the franchisee—not McDonald's USA—will be your employer, responsible for all employment decisions and workplace management at the local restaurant.

Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- excellent leadership abilities

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail
- leadership and team management skills

- problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set the restaurant's goals with leadership
- create plans to achieve restaurant goals
- lead a team of Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
