This exciting opportunity is for the role of General Manager at a McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant. The General Manager position is pivotal to the restaurant’s success, responsible for leading the team to achieve operational goals while maintaining McDonald's critical standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. As the restaurant’s key leader, the General Manager develops and executes business strategies to ensure profitability and exceptional customer experiences. This managerial role demands strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, and the capability to drive performance across all departments.

General Managers at McDonald’s have the unique chance to influence their workplace culture positively, provide mentoring and coaching to Department Managers, and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and productive workflows. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leader to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to meet their goals and improve performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership
  • Monitor restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage financial objectives including labor costs and sales
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee training
