We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to join our team at the Albuquerque, NM location. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including food preparation, guest service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Working closely with Assistant Managers and Persons in Charge (PICs), the General Manager sets the tone for the store and ensures the team operates efficiently and effectively.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will inspire and support your team through a positive and proactive management style. You will coach and motivate your staff to uphold the Jimmy John’s commitment to quality sandwich making and exceptional customer service. Your leadership will directly impact the customer experience, team morale, and overall business success. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees, ensuring compliance with company systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

Compensation and benefits include an hourly rate during the training period, with eligibility for raises and bonus incentives upon meeting performance goals. Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
  • ability to work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule
  • at least 18 years old
  • basic computer skills including Word Excel Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • able to handle a fast-paced sometimes high-pressure environment
  • strong organizational skills and self-motivation
  • open to feedback and willing to collaborate with the team
  • able to stand for long periods bend and move quickly when needed
  • willing to complete a 1-week certification after in-store training
