Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience
- experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- strong leadership skills

- ability to inspire and motivate a team
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers
- help Department Managers set goals and improve their departments
- provide coaching and direction to staff
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
