This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee rather than McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products to run the restaurant but is a separate company responsible for all employment matters. This means that if hired, the franchisee will be the employer, handling recruitment, staffing, scheduling, and employee discipline independently. McDonald's USA does not influence employment decisions or hold any responsibility for work conditions at the restaurant.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- previous general manager experience in a high volume environment
- experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
- ability to lead and develop management teams
- capability to set and achieve goals
- commitment to high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals
- create plans to achieve goals
- lead a team of Department Managers
- help Department Managers set and track goals
- provide coaching and direction to Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
