Job Description
This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but is an independent business entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous experience managing a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail

- Proficiency in coaching and development of team members
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop strategies
- Lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, following up, and providing coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team
- Monitor and improve departmental performance to enhance overall restaurant success
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure efficiency
- Maintain compliance with franchisor policies and safety regulations
