Job Description

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous management experience in a food service environment preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Basic math skills for budgeting and scheduling
  • Willingness to follow safety and security protocols
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Motivate a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal
  • Set the tone for the restaurant and customer service environment
  • Develop and execute store marketing plans to maximize sales potential
  • Ensure systems and routines improve sales and hold team accountable
  • Conduct in-restaurant implementation of new products and procedures
  • Manage expenses and meet budgeted targets including food, labor, and maintenance
  • Maintain standards for quality, service speed, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Manage planned maintenance of equipment
  • Accurately project, measure, and control all P&L line items
  • Measure and improve customer satisfaction
  • Effectively schedule teams across all day parts
  • Maintain physical plant aspects including landscaping and equipment
  • Ensure execution of security procedures
  • Recruit, develop, and retain crew and management
  • Conduct leadership meetings and performance appraisals
  • Enforce policies, labor laws, security, and safety procedures
  • Model performance standards and work in unit-producing capacity
  • Increase employee loyalty, satisfaction, and pride
  • Manage development and training including orientations
