This opportunity is for the position of General Manager at a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The General Manager plays a critical leadership role, responsible for managing a profitable restaurant while ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met. As the top leader on site, the General Manager develops and executes strategic plans to achieve the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with their leader. This role involves leading a team of Department Managers, supporting their development, setting clear objectives, and providing coaching and direction to optimize each department's performance.

The General Manager also oversees staffing, including hiring and training Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline and maintain operational excellence. The role requires strong business acumen, team management skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment where employees are motivated to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Candidates with prior experience managing high volume locations, particularly in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail, will find this role rewarding and challenging. To be eligible, applicants must be 18 years or older and demonstrate leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a drive to meet and exceed operational targets.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, reflecting the responsibilities and impact of the General Manager.
