Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment

- Minimum of three years experience in a leadership or management role preferably within the restaurant or retail industry

Job Duties
- Motivate a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal
- recruit, select, develop and retain an enthusiastic team dedicated to customer satisfaction
- execute store marketing plans to maximize sales within the community
- maintain critical standards for food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
- manage planned maintenance of equipment to ensure productivity and quality
- project, measure and control all P&L line items including food and labor
- measure and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- accurately schedule staff to build the business across all day parts
- maintain all physical plant aspects of the restaurant including landscaping and equipment
- ensure execution of all security procedures
- conduct leadership team meetings and complete performance appraisals
- enforce policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures
- model performance standards and work in a unit-producing capacity as needed
- manage the development and training of crew and shift management employees
- implement plans to increase employee loyalty, satisfaction, and pride
- oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training
