General Manager

This job opportunity is for a General Manager position at a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, distinct and separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s brand logos and food products but independently manages all operational, staffing, and employment matters. If hired, the franchisee will serve as your employer and will handle all employment-related processes, including hiring, supervision, discipline, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA is not involved in the employment process and does not influence hiring decisions or interview selections.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick-service restaurant environments, or relevant experience in hospitality or retail management. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to hold this management position within corporate-owned restaurants.
