Job Description
This job opportunity is for a General Manager position at a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, distinct and separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s brand logos and food products but independently manages all operational, staffing, and employment matters. If hired, the franchisee will serve as your employer and will handle all employment-related processes, including hiring, supervision, discipline, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA is not involved in the employment process and does not influence hiring decisions or interview selections.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- previous management experience in high-volume quick-service restaurants or relevant hospitality or retail sectors
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- effective communication skills
- commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- minimum three years experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick-service restaurants
- experience in hospitality or retail management preferred
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 18 years or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant to meet financial goals
- ensure restaurant meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- lead and coach Department Managers to achieve their goals
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor department performance and provide direction for improvement
- maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
