Job Requirements

- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- hospitality or retail experience considered

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality service and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach department managers to improve their departments
- hire and develop department and shift managers
- manage daily restaurant operations to meet customer satisfaction
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and discipline
- maintain compliance with company and health regulations
