As a General Manager at Strange Allegro, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of the Jimmy John's restaurant. You will take ownership of the restaurant's performance, lead a team of managers and team members, and ensure that every customer experiences top-notch service, speed, and quality. The General Manager role offers competitive compensation, including a salary range between $50,000 and $60,000 per year plus a monthly earned bonus based on performance. Working hours involve 10-hour shifts covering day and morning schedules, with night shift availability preferred.

Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Safe service certification preferred
  • Prior restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts including day, morning, and preferably night shifts

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold people accountable
  • Strong operational instincts and financial awareness

Job Duties

  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with focus on speed, quality, cleanliness, and customer experience
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members to hit performance standards
  • Hold the team accountable to policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently
  • Ensure food safety, health, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
  • Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and ordering to hit profitability goals
  • Create schedules, oversee payroll, and conduct performance reviews
  • Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
  • Build a culture of ownership, integrity, and respect with no excuses and no shortcuts
