This job opportunity is for the position of General Manager within a McDonald's restaurant. The General Manager plays a critical role in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient management of food production, guest service, and team leadership. The General Manager is responsible for leading the entire restaurant team, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and driving business results.

The schedule is flexible, supporting work-life balance and helping employees feel appreciated. McDonald's offers a competitive salary ranging from $59,900 to $70,385 per year, supplemented by cash incentives. As a General Manager, you will lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Training, coaching, and motivating staff will be key to building a strong team culture. Further responsibilities include making critical business decisions related to inventory control, budgeting, and food ordering to maintain profitability and compliance with McDonald's standards.

Food safety is paramount, and you will ensure that all measures are met or exceeded to uphold McDonald's reputation for excellence. You will maintain high standards for both guest and employee safety while overseeing restaurant maintenance plans to ensure all operational needs are met. High school diploma or GED preferred, but the role values diverse backgrounds including military service.
