Job Duties

- conduct in-restaurant implementation of new products and procedures

- manage planned maintenance of equipment
- project and control P&L line items
- measure customer satisfaction and execute improvement plans
- schedule staff to build the business
- maintain physical plant aspects including landscaping and equipment
- ensure security procedures are executed
- recruit, select, develop and retain crew and management
- conduct leadership team meetings
- complete and present performance appraisals
- enforce policies, labor laws, safety and security procedures
- model performance standards and work in a unit-producing capacity as needed
- execute employee commitment plans to increase loyalty and satisfaction
- manage development and training including interviewing applicants
- oversee food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, quality food production, scheduling, training and exceptional customer service
