Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous experience managing a high volume restaurant
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • strong planning and organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • understanding of food service safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • background in operational management

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans
  • lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching
  • follow up on department progress and improve operations
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain high customer satisfaction through strong leadership
