Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years experience in leadership, motivation and/or development roles or US Military Service
- passion for helping and serving customers and team members
- commitment to safety and excellence at work

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service, and directing crew and manager work
- plan for success by leading and managing all People processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- train, coach and motivate team members
- plan for and make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, and food ordering/costs
- ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards
- maintain high level of guest and employee safety standards
- oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
