Job Requirements
- McDonald's management experience is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience managing a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to set and meet operational goals
- Skilled in coaching and staff development
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
- Ability to lead and develop management teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership experience with a focus on operational excellence
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments and overall restaurant performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor progress towards goals and provide direction to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Oversee restaurant operations to maintain high customer satisfaction
