Job Requirements

  • McDonald's management experience is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience managing a high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to set and meet operational goals
  • Skilled in coaching and staff development
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired
  • Ability to lead and develop management teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Leadership experience with a focus on operational excellence
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments and overall restaurant performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor progress towards goals and provide direction to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Oversee restaurant operations to maintain high customer satisfaction
