Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Knowledge of food safety protocols
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all People processes including recruiting hiring and onboarding staffing performance management train coach and motivate
- Be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering and costs
- Take action first by ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence
- Inspire and empower by maintaining a high level of standard for guest and employee safety
- Be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
