Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
  • Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all People processes including recruiting hiring and onboarding staffing performance management train coach and motivate
  • Be in the know by planning for and making critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering and costs
  • Take action first by ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence
  • Inspire and empower by maintaining a high level of standard for guest and employee safety
  • Be results oriented by overseeing all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
