This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to provide customers with the familiar McDonald's dining experience. However, all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not have any control or involvement in these processes, nor will it receive any copies of employment applications or be part of hiring decisions. This position is for a General Manager role within the McDonald's franchisee-operated restaurant. The General Manager is tasked with running a profitable restaurant while maintaining McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, which are recognized as very high standards within the industry.
