Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products to provide customers with the familiar McDonald's dining experience. However, all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not have any control or involvement in these processes, nor will it receive any copies of employment applications or be part of hiring decisions. Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Previous management experience in high volume or quick service restaurant settings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to plan and execute operational goals
  • Good communication abilities
  • Willingness to work varied hours
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of meeting business goals
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Minimum age of 18 years to be a manager in corporate restaurants

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Work with leadership to set goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers to set goals and monitor progress
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational supervision
