Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Food Handler Certification required (can be obtained during onboarding training)
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
- Spanish speaking a plus

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager
- Manage team performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff professionally
- Communicate operational and human resources issues effectively with the District Manager
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods to set positive example
- Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
- Resolve food preparation and customer service issues
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation and safety standards
- Achieve company goals by embracing new responsibilities and adding value
- Ensure compliance with restaurant operating policies, food quality, cash handling, and safety
- Oversee maintenance and communication across the organization
- Use company tools to coach and mentor team members
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to drive results through team collaboration
