Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- excellent communication skills
- capability to lead and motivate a team
- willingness to align with McDonald’s customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience at high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- background in hospitality or retail valued
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve operational goals
- effective communication and coaching abilities
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in coordination with leadership
- create and execute plans to achieve restaurant goals
- lead and support Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- improve team performance to enhance overall restaurant operations
