  • experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • excellent interpersonal communication
  • commitment to quality and customer service

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant that meets the standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • collaborate with leaders to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • lead and coach Department Managers to improve operational departments
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • ensure employee teams are capable and motivated
  • manage high-volume restaurant operations
  • oversee customer satisfaction and restaurant performance
