Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience at high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to set and achieve goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers in setting goals, monitoring progress, and coaching for improvement
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues promptly
