Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's restaurants, this franchisee operates as a separate company responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers in setting goals, monitoring progress, and coaching for improvement
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues promptly
