Job Duties
- Lead all restaurant operations including food production, guest service, and team management
- Plan and manage people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and staffing
- Provide performance management, training, coaching, and motivation to the team
- Manage inventory, budget, and food ordering to achieve business goals
- Ensure food safety measures and maintain standards in line with McDonald's policies
- Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
- Oversee maintenance plans and operational excellence
