This job opportunity is presented by a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchisee operates as a separate business entity licensed to use McDonald's brand logos and food products. As such, the franchisee solely manages all employment-related matters at this restaurant including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not participate in these decisions, making the franchisee the direct employer for all staff members in this location.

Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior experience managing restaurant teams
- ability to work flexible hours
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- effective communication skills
- commitment to customer service excellence
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience
- experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail considered
- leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication abilities
- age 18 or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- set restaurant goals with leader and create plans to achieve them
- lead Department Managers by setting goals, providing coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor and improve department performance
- manage staffing and scheduling
- ensure compliance with food safety and operational policies
