  • previous general manager experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and late nights
  • strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • commitment to maintaining high operational standards
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to work varied hours and shifts

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach a team of department managers
  • hire and develop department and shift managers
  • monitor department performance and provide guidance to improve operations
  • maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
