This job opportunity is presented by a restaurant franchisee operating a McDonald's restaurant independently from McDonald's USA. The franchisee has obtained a license to use McDonald's logos and products but remains a separate legal entity responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staff supervision. Job Requirements
- education level as required by the franchisee
- prior management experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- commitment to maintaining high customer service standards
- flexibility to work varying shifts
- ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience
- experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants
- experience in hospitality or retail industries

- excellent coaching and communication abilities
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set the restaurant’s goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers
- help Department Managers set and reach their goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
