Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • ability to lead and develop a team
  • strong commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage operations and meet business objectives

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leaders to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach a team of Department Managers
  • help Department Managers set and follow up on their goals
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
