Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald’s USA locations, this restaurant is owned and operated by a separate business entity that holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products. As such, while the restaurant serves the iconic McDonald’s menu that millions recognize worldwide, the franchisee is solely responsible for all employment aspects, including hiring, firing, discipline, employee scheduling, and overall management. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- prior management experience in quick service or similar industry
- ability to handle leadership responsibilities

- Previous General Manager experience in high-volume quick service restaurants
- background in hospitality or retail preferred

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- meet McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leader to set restaurant goals
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- follow up on Department progress
- provide coaching to improve Departments
