Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Minimum 1 year experience leading motivating or developing others or US Military Service
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects of the restaurant including food production guest service and crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively managing recruiting hiring onboarding staffing and performance management
- Train coach and motivate the team
- Plan and make critical business decisions regarding inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
