Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a restaurant or similar environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
- ensure execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- achieve restaurant objectives while following company guidelines
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- lead, interview, select, direct, train and develop all Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers and Crew Members
- create and maintain an environment and culture of engaged employees
- work and communicate effectively with store team including Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
