Job Requirements

  • previous management experience in a restaurant or similar environment

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
  • ensure execution of all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • achieve restaurant objectives while following company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • lead, interview, select, direct, train and develop all Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers and Crew Members
  • create and maintain an environment and culture of engaged employees
  • work and communicate effectively with store team including Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors and Crew Members
