The McDonald's Yoon Organization is an independent franchisee entity that owns and operates multiple McDonald's restaurants. With over 20 years of experience, this franchisee operates under a license granted by McDonald's USA to use the iconic logos and food products that customers expect. However, it is important to recognize that the McDonald's Yoon Organization is a distinct company and employer, separate from McDonald's USA. All employment matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, and scheduling, are solely the responsibility of this independent franchisee. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a restaurant or similar setting
- open availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- commitment to upholding company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- legal authorization to work in the United States
