In addition to managing schedules, hiring, training, and developing team members, the General Manager will also be responsible for delivering a guest-obsessed experience with fast, accurate service and an inviting dining environment. The role includes direct oversight of digital order accuracy and on-time delivery, financial management including profit and loss control, sales forecasting, and local marketing initiatives such as community engagement and fundraisers.
